Donuts tender with apples

Put the flour in a bowl and mix with the egg yolks. Gradually add milk, cream, oil, beer, salt and sugar, then mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Whisk the egg whites and mix with the composition after removing from the cold. Wash the apples, peel them and remove the middle (spine). Then cut into rounds, pass through the composition and fry in a pan or frying pan.

After frying, place on a napkin to absorb the oil. Good appetite!


Apple and meringue cake

Rub the yolks with the sugar until they become a paste and gradually add the oil.

Gradually add the milk, as well as flour mixed with baking powder.

In a tray, put baking paper, spread the dough well, prick it with a fork and bake for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, the apples are peeled and pitted and put on a large grater.

Put to harden together with a little cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar, leave until the juice decreases.

Whisk the egg whites with the 8 tablespoons of sugar for about 10 minutes, until you get a meringue.

Remove the dough from the oven, put the hardened apples on top.

We also put the egg white foam on top and put it in the oven until it turns golden.


Tender apple cake

I love fruit cakes especially those with apples. This can also be seen on the blog because I have some active recipes :) Among the most beloved and tried recipes is the Apple cake, a very good cake, fluffy and easy to prepare. Then there is the one with coconut and apples, a cake similar to the one below.

Probably you all remember the famous apple cake that my grandmother, mother or neighbor made :), a cake with two tender sheets made with lard because yes, during childhood all soft doughs were made with lard and apple filling. I remember grating tons of apples (I'm exaggerating, you know), but I was happy that my mother made my favorite cake that I never got tired of. Because yes, these are the cakes from my childhood and maybe some of you my age understand me :)

The recipe for tender apple cake is very simple, my only request is to use butter with at least 80% fat to get some tender sheets that melt in your mouth.

I made a portion in a 25 & # 21532 cm cake tray but I recommend you make the first double portion because we ate it all on the same day.


Apple and cinnamon pie-Petitchef

I have been making sugar-free apple pie for many years and believe me it turns out excellent! The puff pastry is right, it's made by me!

What kind of pie is this without any sugar for diabetics? I recommend you caramelize 250 g of sugar and then add the butter and apples and mix them until all the juice is gone. Put them aside and add cinnamon, vanilla and lemon peel. I make strudels with this composition and serve them with ice cream, there is nothing more fragrant and tastier. You can also make the pie with different soft doughs, puff pastry or pie sheets.
