Snails with meat

Snails with meat are a delicious appetizer, says Diana I.

  • - 1 medium onion
  • -150 grams of cheese
  • - thyme, parsley to taste
  • - 1 ou
  • - 500 grams of minced and seasoned pork (or mixture)
  • - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • - 150 grams of cottage cheese
  • - 7 tablespoons of milk
  • - 6 tablespoons oil
  • - 1 teaspoon of salt
  • - 300 grams of flour
  • - 1 sachet of baking powder

Servings: 12

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Meat snails:

Methods of preparation:

Peel an onion and chop finely.

Cut the cheese into cubes.

Finely chop the parsley.

Separate the egg white from the yolk.

Mix the egg white, minced meat, thyme, onion, parsley, tomato paste, pepper and cheese.

Chew the cottage cheese with the milk, oil and salt.

The flour is mixed with the baking powder and added to the cheese composition.

Spread the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour and form a rectangle of about 50 per 30 cm.

Spread the minced meat over the dough and roll long.

Cut the roll into 14 slices of about 3 cm and place in a tray greased with margarine with the section sectioned upwards.

Mix the yolk with a tablespoon of milk and grease the edges of the dough.

Put the tray in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes.

At the end, sprinkle with parsley and thyme.


Chicken breast recipe! Fast, juicy and very tasty!

A juicy chicken breast dish that will conquer you. It turns out incredibly tasty, it is prepared simply and easily, and most importantly quickly.

INGREDIENT:

- 5 tablespoons fermented cream

- salt and black pepper - to taste

- 100 gr of cheese + 100 gr for sprinkling.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

2. Beat the eggs with cream, salt and black pepper.

3. Pour the sauce into the meat bowl, add 100 g of grated cheese and mix.

4. Wallpaper the form (32 * 20 cm) with baking paper, spread the meat with sauce, add onion rings, then tomato rounds and shape in the preheated oven to 180 ° С for 30 minutes.

5. Remove the form, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

You can serve food for lunch or dinner. You will definitely be happy with the result!


Meat and steaks

Protein is absolutely necessary in the daily diet, so meat recipes or steak recipes it must find its place among the dishes you prepare regularly. Most steak networks are quick and easy, requiring few ingredients. Of course, you can try more exotic variants, which require more work, but if you limit yourself to simple ways, the effort is minimal, and the result is delicious.

Every people uses meat recipes, and in our country, they are many and varied. As we know, each season has its own steak recipes and meat recipes. If in winter we eat sarmale and pork steak in the oven, in spring we turn to recipes with lamb and goat or grills with mititei and delicious sausages.

Whatever you prepare, you must know that meat products have an increased risk of infections - with Salmonella, E. coli, etc. - if they are not cooked properly. That is why it is recommended that steaks in the blood be avoided and that the meat be cooked until all the pink portions disappear. In addition, the surfaces on which the raw meat has been processed will be thoroughly washed before vegetables, fruits or other uncooked foods are placed on them.

If these rules are followed, meat recipes and steak recipes are not only tasty, but also healthy. Beef or pork is rich in protein and essential amino acids, being a good source of zinc, vitamin B12, selenium and iron, among others.

The muscle tissue of animals is very low in carbohydrates and does not contain fiber, which is why an exclusive consumption of meat leads to constipation. The fat content differs depending on the animal from which the meat comes, the cooked anatomical part and the way it was fed. Wild animals are weaker than farm animals, so hunting can be a healthier and more dietary option.
The way the meat is cooked is also important for meat recipes. Grilled or baked fries, with very little oil, are obviously healthier than fried meat.

If we prefer pork, poultry, lamb, beef and less often, game meat, other peoples have at least strange traditions. In Asia, people often eat cat, dog or horse meat, which is absolutely normal in those areas.
In Western countries, such exotic recipes with meat are not known, but each people has its own way of cooking meat. Americans prefer grills, regardless of the type of meat, the Mediterranean people eat rabbit, pork or poultry and less beef, and the French are known for their famous cock or wine fillet mignon recipes.


  • 400 g pie sheets
  • 250 g fresh mushrooms
  • 200 g chicken
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 or
  • oil, salt, pepper

Saute finely chopped onion in a little oil. Add the cleaned and chopped mushrooms and the chicken given through the mincer. At the end, salt and pepper to taste.

Grease the first sheet of dough with melted butter, place the second sheet on top (greased with plenty of butter) and fold them lengthwise. Put a few tablespoons of chicken and mushrooms on the length of the sheet. Roll enough to cover the filling, then grease with butter. At the end, shape the roll into a snail shape. Place them in an oiled pan. Do the same until the pie sheets and the filling are finished. Grease them with beaten egg and put the tray in the hot oven until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.

TRUC. Chicken will taste better if you keep it overnight in a mixture of spices: thyme, rosemary and sage.


Snails with minced meat

A recipe for snails with minced meat from: snails, minced meat, onion, carrot, celery, oregano, tomatoes in broth, salt, pepper and oil.

Ingredient:

  • 300 g snails
  • 300 g minced beef and pork mixture
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small celery
  • 1 teaspoon oregano or dried thyme
  • 300 g tomatoes in broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil

Method of preparation:

Put the carrot, onion and celery on the small grater. Saute onion in 1-2 tablespoons oil. When softened, add the minced meat. Leave on low heat, stirring occasionally. When the meat is done a little, add the carrot and celery. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.

When the carrot has softened, add the tomato pulp over the meat composition, mix and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Leave it on the fire for about 30 minutes. Mix the pasta with the meat being careful not to crumble and… I'm ready to serve!

The dough is made by kneading all the ingredients well, and it is left to rest a little (it is not necessary to grow, because it will have time while it is being prepared).

Cut the onion into thin slices and scald, then drain and cook with a little oil. When it takes on color, add salt, pepper and add the meat. Chew well so as not to form large pieces (which can leave it raw, but when put in the oven it will leave the juice). The olives are cleaned of the bone and cut into pieces. Mix well.

Spread small, thin sheets (like noodles) the size of a plate, grease with oil and distribute the composition evenly. It is rotated to form a `salami` and snails are made. Add egg whites or olive oil and bake.

They are very good warm.
It is a traditional Sicilian recipe and is made by St. Martin, it can also be made with spinach and mozzarella, with potatoes and onions or with cauliflower.

Grease the puff pastry with tomato juice, sprinkle grated mozzarella, put basil leaves in place and roll it tightly.

Cut the roll into 1 cm pieces and place them on a tray covered with baking paper. Sprinkle dried oregano on top.

Bake the snails for 15-20 minutes at 200 ° C. They are delicious warm. Good job and good appetite!
