"Unpublished" soybeans


Boil the soybeans in salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain them.

In a pot add a little oil, finely chopped onion, diced carrot and a little water and let them cook for a few minutes.

Then add a tablespoon of vegetables, add the beans (washed well), the garlic cut into larger pieces and soy.

Add as much water as possible, salt and pepper to taste, mix well ... cover with a lid and simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
